1:1 Reformer


A personalized, one-on-one reformer Pilates session tailored to your body, goals, and movement history. You’ll work directly with me to improve core strength, posture, flexibility, and movement quality while addressing any individual limitations or pain patterns. Perfect for beginners, injury recovery, focused progression or advanced movers.

Semi Private Reformer


A small, shared session with one other person (2:1), combining personalized attention with the motivation and energy of a shared training experience. You and your partner each get individual movement coaching while sharing the overall session. Great for friends, couples, or those who want guidance in a supportive, efficient setting.

Hybrid Reformer + Body Work


A combined session blending Pilates reformer training with hands-on therapeutic bodywork. Start with targeted strengthening and movement, then transition into manual work to release tension, improve mobility, and integrate movement gains. Ideal for people seeking both performance improvement and physical recovery in one session.

Body Work


A 75-minute hands-on therapeutic session focusing on soft-tissue release, fascial work, myofascial techniques, osteopathic philosophy amd therapeutic manipulation to reduce pain, improve movement quality, and support recovery. This is a deeper, exploratory body session designed to restore function, decrease tension, and enhance overall well-being.
